Objectives
Increase Membership: Recruit at least 20% more members by the end of the school year through outreach events, school visits, and community involvement.
Promote Agricultural Literacy: Educate prospective members on the importance of agriculture through classroom presentations, interactive workshops, and guest speakers.
Develop Recruitment Campaigns: Create a campaign that highlights the FFA’s impact, showcasing members' experiences and successes through social media, newsletters, and school displays.
Host Recruitment Events: Organize two recruitment-focused events each semester to introduce new students to FFA, such as an “FFA Open House” and an “Ag Awareness Day.”
